Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use QuoteNudge. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
QuoteNudge sends scheduled follow-up reminders for quotes you have already sent, gives your customers a secure page to accept, decline, or ask a question, and shows you the resulting activity. It does not create quotes and is not a CRM, scheduling, invoicing, or payment product.
Your account and content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, customer, and quote information you enter.
- You confirm you have a legitimate business relationship with the customers you add — quote follow-ups only, no unsolicited marketing or spam.
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure; activity under your account is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing messages, to impersonate a business you don't represent, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is available at no charge within its limits. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on the pricing page. If you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may improve or change features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
Liability
QuoteNudgeis provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before a claim. We are not responsible for lost business resulting from a customer's decision on a quote.
