QuoteNudge (simple quote follow-up for small service businesses) stores only the information needed to send quote follow-ups on your behalf and show you what happened. This page explains what we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account and business details you provide: your name, email address, business name, and branding settings such as a logo or colors.
- Quote follow-up details you enter: your customer's name and email address, the quote amount, description, quote link, and any PDF you attach.
- Follow-up activity: when reminders are scheduled and sent, and whether your customer opened the response page, accepted, declined, or asked a question.
- Basic usage analytics for the website and product, used to understand what is working and to improve the service.
How we use it
- To send scheduled quote reminders under your business identity and stop them when your customer responds.
- To show you the status of your quotes and follow-up activity in your dashboard.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service, and to communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your customers' contact details for anything other than delivering your follow-ups.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run QuoteNudge — for example email delivery, hosting, and privacy-respecting analytics. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide the service.
Your customers
Your customers receive reminder emails that identify your business and a secure response link that requires no account or password. Response pages record only the customer's decision or question so we can show it to you and stop further reminders.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete quotes and customer details from your account, or contact us to delete your account and its data entirely.
